2001 NB no crank

2001NB Miata. I had it on stands for like a month while doing some work under it. After i finished working and started it up for the first time, it didn't crank when i turned the key the first time, but it did the second time, and then proceeded to start just fine for about a week. Now it doesn't turn over, and i don't think i can hear the solenoid click when i turn the key. All of the power in the car works otherwise.

So far, i have replaced the starter switch and bypassed the clutch/starter interlock switch. And ofcourse, i have made sure the battery is charged.

I'm wondering if the wiring harness is damaged or has some loose connections. After doing some work on it one day and messing with the wires a little bit, i noticed the speedometer was acting funny, where it would sometimes read 0mph and bounce between 0 and the correct speed. It still started just fine until i lifted it up to work on it again maybe a month or two after this.
