Expecting a baby soon, how do y'all get them into a car seat with the elevated height?

Got my hummer SUV before finding out my wife was pregnant. She's halfway through the pregnancy and now I'm wondering how Ami supposed to get this baby into the car seat in my car? Any tips or trucks? Oh I also have the off-road package on mine
