I never received my package. It’s been over a month.

Okay so what the actual fuck is happening? I ordered earlier this month from Sephora for a simple face mask. I was lazy to go in store so I decided to opt for the delivery option, thinking that it wouldn’t take no more than 2 days considering Sephora is 15 mins from me and the product was IN STORE. I found it odd it would take two weeks to send a simple face mask but I waited anyway. Two whole weeks of me checking constantly in the mail for it to never arrive. I thought maybe someone stole it so I checked my email and it said it got delivered a week ago?? Sephora was nice and immediately shipped me out the product again plus a few more items on the house. I found that odd that they would just immediately send me the package again without any pushback but now seeing as this is a recurring issue they must get reports like this so often that they’re required to just resend the package if it’s from OnTrac. Anyway I waited again (a week) for the new items and at 2:54 am in the morning (Nov 1) I received a delivered email. Like wtf? At this point I know I’m never getting my package but what baffles me the most was getting on this sub and seeing the influx of ppl mentioning their issues with OnTrac. Why are so many BIG CORPORATIONS like Sephora, Walmart, and Home Depot using fucking OnTrac which has a 1 star rating on BBB… is tariffs so bad that they’re willing to use the cheapest most unreliable option available to cut costs? SMH I’m so pissed. Just another reason to not buy from these companies anymore. These corporations will never see my money. And if this is about the tariffs, fuck everybody that voted for that bitch!
