Scared to move away far from my family

I am just 24 and have a very good relationship with my parents. Currently I live in another city but still 20 min with car from home so every time I feel horrible and my boyfriend can’t be around I go there or ask my father to pick me up. I’m currently 24 and my boyfriend moved from another country to be with me. Because of job reasons we might have to move 4h-7h from home. I’m always talking about wanting to be independent but somehow I have health anxiety and feel kinda too weak to move away from them.

How do I solve this?
