What do you like and hate about Windows?

Hey y'all. I'm a long time Windows user, I used some Linux a few months ago. And tbh, i didnt find much flaws, but it wasnt suited for me. I used a lot of Windows 10 and recently, Windows 11. I'd like to know what Linux users think of Windows and what might convince me to switch over.
