Can Babar Azam be considered the greatest in t20is?

Since he is the highest run scorer in t20is now, can he be considered as the greatest t20i batsman ( not t20) , for me he is not but the real question is can we include him in top 5 or even top 10? And If not who are your top 5 in t20is( not t20)
