Hi, so I skipped my placebos last month because I had to take 2 pills in one day (diahhrea) and now I took my 21st day active pill of my next pack and I'm about to have my placebo week. Me and my bf had sex and I usually have some breakthrough bleeding but I woke up and there was a little more. Could an orgasm have made my breakthrough bleeding slightly heavier as I was asleep? Should I be worried. I have had breakthrough bleeding lots because I skip placebos but it just got heavier after sex last night.
