Why did not she reach out?

Both F, 34. I started hanging out with her for 2 months, we hang out every weekend. We stay the night and it was smooth and casual. I told her I’m leaving for two or three months to deal with some family emergency at home, she said she’s sad, she’ll miss me and she’ll probably have boring dates wondering when I’m back. I spent my last night and morning with her and then hopped on my flight. There has been no contact since I left her apartment, not even a “have a safe flight” or asking if I landed or I’m okay. I don’t understand, I think I’m sad and a little bit disappointed
