Unknown profile popping up on Jiohotstar repeatedly.

I have been facing an issue with my account since the past ten days or so. Someone has possibly hacked into my account and keeps creating a profile on it. I have logged out of Hotstar on all the devices and yet the same person keeps showing up on my account. Called the helpline and they haven’t been helpful either.

Can anyone please help me solve this problem?
