I dont understand his behavior.

What does it mean when you're talking to a guy you know for 4 months ( from college ) and somehow the convo ends with both of you kinda saying you like each others and he says something like he hopes God will make it happen but then 3 weeks after, you only talked twice and the third time he kinda sent me packing when i texted him.

He was distant way before this but he also accepted another girl t9ra m3ana in his account when he doesn't have any friends y9raw m3ana except me ?

I do not know if I should wait for me because according to what I noticed about him he isn't where he is in life or I should just move on and stop coping bc he most likely lied to me or he regrets saying that or he found better in a week...lol...men...

I've never been in this situation before, I never liked a guy before so I'm really really clueless.
