Kahin to woh Hogi - Somewhere out there (similarities)

Lol so I was scrolling Instagram and heard the song somewhere out there and I felt a bit nostalgic that I must have heard this song as a kid. So I played it on YouTube and from the melody I realized it sounded similar to another Hindi song that was infact the actual song I was feeling nostalgic about.

And it was "kahin to woh Hogi" from jaane tu ya jaane na.
