Is this menopause related?

So this keeps happening to me and I don’t know what is causing it. I’m wondering if it happens to anyone else.

I’ll get that feeling that im coming down with something— you know, chills, light headed, general fatigue, but no actual “symptoms.” I’ll swear I have a fever but the thermometer says no. I declare myself sick, take a NyQuil and wake up the next morning absolutely fine.

It got so bad yesterday I bummed off work early and went straight to a clinic. They only thing wrong with me wss my systolic bp was very high. I tend to have low bp. One time I passed out and actually went to the ER. They ran all kinds of tests and saud my heart was fit as a fiddle but I had presented with high systolic.

What is this and how do I know if I’m actually sick?
