Started using an oral device and now I can’t stop sneezing?!

I started using the Mandibular Advancement Devices (MADs) oral device for sleep apnea and snoring, I’m a really aggressive snorer, and overall it’s fine my jaw is a little sore in the morning but it’s nothing I can’t handle. And I’m sleeping well and I’m not snoring. But through out the day I am constantly sniffling and sneezing and it’s driving me nuts. I’m trying to figure out if this is a coincidence or if anyone else has had nasal/sinus issues from using a device like this. I’m not sick and I don’t have allergies, it feels like a nerve in my right nostril is constantly irritated but I don’t know how that makes sense? So confused please help lol
