For the sleep techs

I got back from my clinic sleep study this morning! The technician told me if my apnea meets the threshold for titration, they'd do mask fittings.

For the first part of my study I didn't meet it, but the second part I did. At that point, the study was finished, though.

They told me the doctor would reach out to do another study or send over the CPAP. Just depends upon what insurance (Cigna) wants to do.

I slept on my back as much as I could.

For sleep techs and people who have done this before, what is your center's threshold for titration?
