Best Credit cards to collect for 30L ITR

I am self employed and my buisness worked well this year and i have filed ITR for 30lakh+ in current FY.

Although my current expense aren't too much (most of expenses are via UPI ), but i am thinking to collect good credit cards that require high income criteria and may be beneficial in future, as my comming years may not be that good income wise.

So, do suggest some good LTF/low fee credit cards that i can take and keep as of now.
