Poco F7 in top 3 best buy phones under 500 EUR. Agree?

I need little help. Actually advice. I wanna buy new mobile phone under 500 euros. MY 3 potential choices are Poco f7 12/512, Xiaomi T40 and Oppo Reno 13. I will not play games.

3 most important features are 1.) great display. Every of us most time spend watching in Phone's display. It should be fast and smooth. 2.) chipset and cpu. I love multitasking. Often I open 10+ sites. 3.) the least important, quality videos. All 3 mobile phones have very good cameras for making photos... maybe poco F7 do not have great zoom but I like to make videos which should be quality. 60 fps in 4k is already gold standard.

And just one more thing. It would be nice that have place for 2 Nano SIM.

Thanks.
