HELPP my piercing is sinkingg

Hey , so I pierced my nose before yesterday and it seems like L shape stud is bit tight on and the diamond is sinking , i don’t want a big scaring hole around it , idid last night the band aid method and idk if I should trust the process or just change it by myself cause I cant go to professional , so i need an advice on this thankkk you
