9 year old outdoor cat - comfort

Good morning,

One of the feral/outdoor cats we feed, almost 10 years old, had been presenting as lethargic and keeps hiding for the last 48 hours. Eyes are yellowish color and appear not all the way open.

We have increased how much water and food we are putting out and I am trying to comfort him with pets and loving words when I can get to him. I do believe he is sick and/or dying.

We are not able to bring him to a vet - the last time we brought him in he was extremely agitated and it stressed him out.

How else can I help him be comfortable right now if he is dying?
