Some advice would be appreciated. I am at a bad position

So I cleared my CSEET in July but due to health issues and serious financial problems I was not able to register for CS executive or even study back then. Now I have registered for it Just today and I have got 7 months before the JUNE attempt. Can I clear both groups ? (I haven't studied much) If yes how ? Please share some guidance about how to study, coaching and other things that could help me achieve my target.
