Is gameboost legit for selling accounts?

I trying to sell an extremly stacked account (over 150€) and they seem to be the go to option but are they really safe ? While reading their TOS i also noticed that there's a rule stating that "No new offers listed for 7 consecutive days" will result in a suspension of my account, what does that mean ?
