Minecraft is not updating properly to 1.21.120, but vibrant visuals is present?

So basically I tried updating the game via. launcher, Microsoft store, in 2 different devices but nothing worked. On my laptop i first tried updating from 1.21.114 to 120, but it didnt show anywhere that my game can update more.

However, when I opened up the game the title screen was the new update's. It's already been nearly a week since it came out, some of the other reddit posts i read with the similar issues all found a solution, except me.

Is it possible for it to be this late or could it be a different issue?
