[F4GM] Life as an adventurer is quite dangerous

I've been wanting to play a snuff D&D game for a really long time. Think of all the possibilities! Cooked and eaten alive by ogers, impaled as a warning outside an orcs camp, hung for whoring in a city where it's illegal. I love the idea of playing an ultra realistic and hardcore d&d game where my character is one mistake away from a really bad ending and I'm hoping one of you can help fulfill this fantasy.

As for the plot and what happens? That's the GM so if you have an idea then go ahead. Otherwise the most classic idea I use is that of a dungeon to which the people of the village must sacrifice a virgin girl every year in order to ensure they are kept safe.
