iBell is fraud.

iBell sells a loads of products basically kitchen and household items. They boast 3 year warranty blah blah.

It's all a scam. They sell you and forget. I bought a induction coocktop and it broke within a year. I registered a complaint on their site and there has not been a single acknowledgement from them. I have not heard a single thing back from them. There is no phone number listed. Basically it's a sell and forget scam.
