What to do with certification forms without a parent?

I know this sounds very stupid, but I had overlooked these forms (for example Swarthmore and Wellesley and I'm freaking out.)

Context: I have no parents available. Like I can't talk to them due to legal circumstances and I do not have a legal guardian set at the moment. I don't know if I should submit to IDOC with a blank signature.

Also, I'm given the independent and dependent student Collegeboard B020 Verification Statement form for Wellesley, but I don't know if I count as an independent student since I also don't count as a Ward of the Court.

I had emailed the school's beforehand explaining a summary of my situation but I am just worried whether I should submit these forms or not before I get a response on Monday.
