Want to Rent My Property to Amazon or Flipkart or Myntra?

Hello everyone i have a property of 4500sqft in peenya 2nd stage,Bangalore(it is busy industrial area).i want to rent it out,i have thought about about giving dark stores a chance such as blinket, Swiggy Zepto, and others ,these companies don't give their rent money but they give percentage of the gross profits around 8 to 15% per month .Should I list it in 99 acres and get a steady income I'm not sure whether if I should take the risk or not
