Unwanted nsfw

On fb there are short vids that come up , those horizontal slude ones ( are these called thumbnails ?) Anyway I try to ask them not to appear but they keep coming back. This is middle circle bait . Is there no other way to ban them or this is just the way it is and leaving fb the only sure solution ?
