Slight possibility of falling on a used needle
This might be nothing but I'd rather have some advice. Also I'm in the UK. So last night, while drunk I 23M decided to go explore this half-demolished railway bridge me and my friends used to go to. Years back it wasn't uncommon to find used needles on the ground. I didn't see any this time, but it was dark and I wasn't using my phone's torch or anything. Anyway I slipped while trying to get down the slope that the bridge is on and grazed my right leg in five places. They're all straight line cuts, the longest being about 4cm, the shortest about 0.5cm. When I got home I applied Germolene to three of the five cuts as I didn't notice the other two until today and as of writing this have not cleaned any of them. None of them look like direct puncture wounds, all scrapes that could easily be explained by branches on the ground. Again I have no concrete reason to believe that I fell on a needle but was wondering if I should be concerned. It's been about 14 hours since it happened so it's kind of too late for any immediate medical treatment. I would have just asked my local sexual health clinic but their phone lines aren't open on weekends. I hope I'm just worrying about nothing.
