Blokees differences in legendary edition? Action edition?

New to blokes brand, and I'm looking to buy their evangelion unit 2 and want the accessory base, S type shoulders, and the bolt cross bow. I see there is a lensary edition model kit that comes with them I think, and there's a Action edition that I'm not sure if they are the same thing with action edition being prebuilt already or something else entirely. Googling disnt give me any answers, so figured I'd ask here for the actual differences in ll these different editions or if they are actually the same exact thing, thanks.
