8BitDo Ultimate 2 Bluetooth issue

I don’t know if this is the right place. I’m trying to play OW2 with this controller (title) while it’s in bluetooth mode but the game isn’t recognizing it. I am playing other games no problem. It won’t even work while plugged in. I didn’t bring my 2.4 dongle (didn’t want to lose it) since I figured it would work but here we are. It’s only in OW2 that it isn’t working. Not even an option to switch to controller.
