Looking for headphones that can do lossless over usb-c

Here's the deal - I've got Momentum 4 and I listen to them 8 hours a day at work. Then, I listen to them at a standard quality, because I don't want them to lose charge fast and I mostly listen to music as a background at work.

Also, I like listening to lossless music, but using M4s for this is annoying, because you need to turn them on, then there ANC which I don't need, touch controls, ugh.

So I would like to have a pair of wired headphones that I can easily plug into my phone over usb-c and that would give me a great sound quality. I'm also reluctant to buy DAC or some other tech.

Please share your advice or just tell me I'm wrong.
