Where do you go when all the farmland is gone?

I’ve lived in South Jersey my whole life. Growing up as a teen my parents had 0 neighbors just cornfields. Recently the area has become more developed with rich millennial white homes and I don’t see an end in sight. I’m not delusional, this is just the way it goes but where do you go when there is no more garden in the “garden state”? I’m fortunate to have bought a house during Covid but it sucks that I’m already having to plan an exit.
