Should i doubt my doctor for prescribing me dutasteride

Hi guys i am 19M and facing hairloss. Norwood 1 Today i visited my dermatologist and she has prescribed me dutasteride for 3 months and some anti dandruff shampoo. I am so worried for using dutasteride and confused that she didnt prescribed me finasteride first.should i trust her and take it or dutasteride is fine as she has called me to revisit after 3 months.

Please help
