AIO for telling my partner I need space after we moved in together?

We moved in two months ago and I feel drained. We spend every moment together from meals to bedtime. I told him I need one evening a week just to be alone. He took it personally and said I must not love him anymore. I just need time to breathe and miss him a little. Now he acts distant because of what I said.
