Just here to make a vow to myself and be abstinent from pmo all of November. I really want this for myself, I want to really break my limits this month. The most I’ve ever gone is 2 weeks and I’m tired of being stuck in the cycle of going back to this habit every couple of days. That being said I’ve stayed clean more days than I haven’t this year but I want to accomplish more. I’m tired of still having this habit in my life. I’m done with it. I’ve been done with it.
