Keyboard for office work - long time standard laptop keyboard user

As the title suggests, wanted to check with all the enthusiasts - I love the keyboard on my Macbook M1 - but was looking around and there is a suggestion that mechanical ones are much better. What would you say? I have my eye on YUNZI AL71. Or maybe it is better to go for low profile one like Logitech pebble type? thanks upfront everyone!
