need medical help?? with anyone who is knowledgable pls pls

i want to know what's going on.

I had my first boyfriend 2019, 2023 nag hiwalay na kami. we never did any sexual intercourse. just kissing. mga bata pa kami non and i am a very conservative girl. nadiagnose na ako ng PCOS neto.

2024 single and healthy.

fast forward to now, i have a new partner. may ex sya, isa. this year lang sila halos nag hiwalay mga february. i am very much aware na virgin pa sya (like penetration) and he may have done some other sexual stuff with this ex, still wala sa akin yon. tanggap ko sya.

May and June, i did oral sex sakanya. hindi kami nag sex like vagina and penis intercourse pero i gave him a bj/ hand job/ and nafinger nya ako. he did not do oral sex on me. ako lang nag bigay. he did not cum on me too like inside my mouth or anything.

nung July 1 para akong nagka mild UTI? got checked and wala naman, dehydrated lang.

okay naman ako July, August, pero nung September nagkaroon ako ng excessive discharge? na parang whitish milk to the point na nagpa check ako sa OB ko for my pcos. transrectal ultrasound turned out normal. OB said my discharge was "normal". Nung september 20, nagkaroon uli ako ng mga discharge and then sharp stabbing pain inside my vagina along with leg pain. na-delay na ako ng mens (hindi usual sa akin ang madelay kasi regular ang mens ko kahit may pcos ako) na-ER ako twice.

niresetahan ako ng cefuroxime. my negligence? di ko natapos.

mahina pa din ako buong october.

now di na kinakaya ang pain, nagpacheck ako kasama mom ko sa OB. urinalysis, urine culture, cbc, and even MRI.

urinalysis: many ephitelial, moderate bacteria, moderate mucus. all normal urine culture: no bacteria found MRI: may nakitang nabothian cyst? sa may cervix. and may nasabi na parang nag rupture na cyst sa right ovary ko. (here i am thinking baka kaya masakit) and baka kaya rin ako may discharge due to the probiotics and vitamins na tinatake ko now.

cbc: high ang RBC

di na ako nakakalakad and sobrang dysfunctional ko na. doctor said “uncontrolled pcos"

now i have thoughts, nung first week of october niresetahan ako ng OB sa province ng "metrodiozanole" which caused my discharge to look weird and scary. 3 times a day pinatake sa akin yon. di ko tinapos. and my OB now said sobra yung dosage na binigay. and she even said "impossible na di ka sexually active kung may ganyan ka" and naisip ko, sexually active is penetration below. diba ? so hindi.?

now November na. and napapaisip na ako. possible kayang nagkaroon ako ng STD/ STI? because my discharge is watery, white yellow, creamy more yellow. nung una para syang milky white, ngayon lang talaga yung nag yellow talaga sya. lumalabas sya pag iniire ko. or nag bobowel movement ako. now bloated ako na pag prinepress ko yung tyan ko, lumalabas nalang nalang kusa.

magpapa check ako sa OB and ipapabasa yung MRI sa monday. gusto ko mag request for cervical swab or vaginal swab para magkaalaman na. kaso my OB now always leans towards the PCOS. hindi na to PCOS. hindi naman nakakaranas ng ganto ang isang taong may PCOS. ang lala nung discharge and pelvic pain. let's see because the pains i have been feeling the past month ay sobrang sakit talaga. its sharp, itchy burning feeling and medyo nakakatakot.

weird naman kung magkakaroon ako ng vaginal std sti symptoms if i only gave him oral sex? ano sa tingin nyo? or baka i gave him a hand job tapos idk baka kinagabihan i touched myself?

i have thoughts na baka ito ay other infection? yeast? i am not sure. bacterial vaginosis? kasi hindi talaga sya UTI based sa urine culture and urinalysis.

if lumabas na STD/ STI ito, di ko alam ano dapat ko gawin sa amin ng boyfriend ko because honestly mahal na mahal ko sya and sya ang second boyfriend ko. can anyone be rational and state medical facts? please. thank you.
