"Great Deal" M2s with under 10k miles and mannys.

I've seen more than a few "great deal" rated lightly used M2s on Car Gurus and nearly all of them have manual transmissions. I currently own a 2023 M440i and an X3 M50 and am thinking of adding a third car like an M2 or M4.

Do people simply overestimate how much they will enjoy stick shift vehicles? I know that with traffic being what it is, it could get old fast. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
