Web browsing power usage

When I was thinking about if i should be upgrading my pc i remembered about how pricey the electricity has become so i observed the web browsing power usage and get that info into account while deciding.

So the cpu im using for web browsing (%90 of the time nowadays) is 3900x. Even when i only move mouse cpu power usage hovers around 60 watts.

What im curious about and the reason for this post is to learn about newer generation cpus' power usage. I know the current and older ones because i also used 2700x, 2200g, 3600 and 5500 before. So if you are on a ryzen 5000,7000 or 9000 series cpus or intel 12,13 or 14th gen cpus can you inform me about your power usage?
