Stuck on RSG Australia Online Question 76 — need help!

Hey everyone,
I’m doing my RCG/RSG Australia Online course and I’m completely stuck on Question 76 (Section 4, Slide 2 – “Exclusions – Self-Exclusion”).

The question shows the poster that says:

And asks:

Options are:

• Exclusion Information
• Self-exclusion or venue-initiated exclusion
• Exclusion process

I’ve tried “Self-exclusion” and “Exclusion information”, but they both came up incorrect.
If anyone’s recently done this course, what’s the exact correct answer they want here?
