Things to do in Vashi

Help a brother who has never stepped foot in Navi Mumbai plan a date around Vashi.

Context: My most successful date involved cat cafe in Versova, followed by sunset at Versova beach and then a dinner to end the night. So would love to know if a similar vibe is possible in Navi Mumbai?
