FL5 to MK8.5

Anyone here come from an FL5 Civic Type R? What are your pros and cons after living with the mk 8 or 8.5?

I've been shopping for RS3's for several months now but over time the mk8.5 has been growing on me more and more, and the price difference between the 2 is huge. Overall I think the mk8.5 makes a lot more sense.
