Skinny wrist veins / vasocontriction and nerve damage

Wondering being on stimulants having visable skinny looking veins prominent on my right wrist with a crunchy/ “ less strong” feel to the hand. Is this a bad sign of vasocontriction which could result In nerve damage ?
