Can i improve anything for more dmg?

I finished my c1r1 flins build with 70/220 crit and 2,5k atk and I deal around 630k, my team comp is Flins c1, Aino c6, Kuki totm and Sucrose ttds. Talents are crowned too. Is there anything I can do to improve his dmg except increasing crit dmg or getting ineffa?
