MSI B850 Tomahawk - Fan control impossible ??

Hello ! I recently switched from my MSI B650-P Wifi to the MSI B850 Tomahawk because I wanted to have 4 NVME slots.

Everything works perfectly, besides changing fan speeds. In my B650 I've changed fan curves in BIOS to my desired levels, and I used both Fan Control on Windows, and CoolerControl on Linux. I could set any desired % speeds on any fans.

I've tried both Windows and Linux programs after reinstalling the OS, and for some reason fan sensors are detected, but control is impossible. I've tried to change the curves in BIOS on both PWM and DC and the only fans I can control are from my CPU Cooler, and not below 50% speed...

The PC is very noisy, so I'm looking for a solution. I thought that the motherboard was defective, and I got a replacement from Amazon, but it's the same story... I've plugged the old B650 and everything works as intended.

Is this a motherboard limitation, or am I missing something ?? It's been a week of troubleshooting, and I can't find a different motherboard that has such a nice PCI-e setup without spending a lot of money.
