Jones mountain twin for my style?

Need some help from the experienced in this sub, please!

I live in a Colorado ski town since 1998 and was a good, not great, rider in the 2000s. Got married, had kids and dogs and day jobs and quit riding in the 2010s minus a few visits here and there.

Now I'm finding some time for myself and bought a season pass but need a new board. I'm looking at a Jones mountain twin 157. I'm 5'11" 195 and my riding style is; no park and groomers only to get to the soft edge, the moguls to dip in and out playfully, and exploring lines in the trees and glades where the soft stuff lives. Don't like steeps unless it's a powder day. Don't ride switch well but still try. I like to discover fun lines and hunt for powder not bomb down groomers and spend more time on the lift, but that's unavoidable to get from point A to B so want something relatively stable.

Am I on the right track with the JMT and should I size up to 160cm? Any other suggestions for boards to consider with my riding style in mind?
