What's the deal with all the telling on everyone?

Everyone here that ever got in trouble for anything other than the few people failing drugs tests is because other employees rat them out. The supervisor said he works with children in adult bodies ratting everyone else out to him, and they've even done it about him to his boss.

So "snitches get stitches" isn't a thing at USPS? I don't get why anyone would try to get other people in trouble. Mind your own business as long as it's not risking safety and even then try to take it up with that person.
