End of series call-outs

I started Nurse Jackie and binged watched it nonstop. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have a few callouts:

• I was appalled at how Jackie was still dealing with Eddie after he was weirdly stalking Kevin to be his friend to make Jackie angry, and went as far as exposing her cheating to Kevin. Yes she was wrong to cheat, but if someone exposed me there’s no way we’re going to be OK. And her and Kevin had already split.

• it was off putting to me that patients can easily die at the hands of a healthcare worker, but they don’t ever admit fault. This is insane. I haven’t been previously close to the profession so I was unaware that they view it as “everyone makes mistakes” when it comes to being the cause of someone dying. I spoke to a nurse friend about this and she said it’s absolutely a thing. 🥴

• Jackie and the dealer at Kevin’s wedding had me so embarrassed as if I was there. I couldn’t believe it.

• the Zoey and Dr. Prentiss love connection was so unrealistic.

• the way Jackie did Frank was upsetting. He tried with her and she never reciprocated.

• her popping that pill on the day of her one year sobriety was so shocking to me!

OK that’s all. What a good show.
