I lost a girl and I don’t know her name

lol this situation is so shit cause I don’t know enough info about her to find her. I know her birthday I think and that she wore glasses in a Dorothy outfit from wizard of oz. I met her in Liverpool at around 1am. The more and more I think of it the stupider I feel if anyone can I would more than appreciate it but it’s just something I can’t fix
