New patient-still waiting for link to create account.

I completed the online consultation yesterday afternoon during the Halloween Code debacle. I received email with receipt for initial consult, but nothing since. How long does this process usually take to receive the account link? I’m in a state that doesn’t require a phone call from the provider to proceed. I uploaded labs and all other required documentation. Maybe it’s volume from the sale that’s causing delays? I thought the process would be smoother/faster.
