ARAU0287 - Online Connection Error Explained
After some testing, it looks like you get this error when you PC is not able to reach *.europe.es-pio.net. Make sure you whitelist this domain category from SSL decryption or DNS blockers such as the PiHole.
If you are using a VPN this could be being blocked or the SSL session is broken outside of your control. You will need to turn off or switch VPN providers to test.
If there is a proxy or SSL decryption, this cert is TLS 1.3, ECDHE, AES GCM 256, SHA384. You cannot MITM connection with DHE without having local session keys. So SSL decryption fails. Exclude the domain listed above to not be filtered by the proxy.
NOTE: The "*" means any subdomain. So Tacos.eurpe.es-pio.net, api.europe.es-pio.net, whatever.europe.es-pio.net.
